One of the top five fine craft fairs in California (2010 Art Fair SourceBook), our own Kings Mountain Art Fair, will be held Saturday, Sunday & Monday September 4, 5, and 6 2010 The fair features our wonderful local artists, Kiddie Hollow for the little ones to kick up their hooves, all kinds of food and beverages and even a booth with our volunteer firefighters. Since 1963, the Kings Mountain Art Fair has enabled artists and artisans to share their work with our COWmunity. The setting among the redwoods on the mountain above our town couldn’t be more beautiful and peaceful. The annual Kings Mountain Art Fair benefits the Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Brigade and other community activities, including the Kings Mountain Elementary School.

There is something for everyone whether you like sculpture, painting, music, kid crafts, jewelry or even fresh local honey and handmade soap. The Fair also has scrumptious food for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Breakfast is from Lunch is from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Artists booths are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Don’t forget to see the world’s largest cookies at the very popular cookie booth with all those proceeds benefiting the Kings Mountain Elementary School.
