    1. Review of “A Handbook for Members of the Town Council.” (The Town Manager and Town Attorney will review the contents of the handbook and provide a general orientation for the members of the Town Council.)
    2. Resolution Adopting a Handbook for Members of the Town Council. Resolution No. 2008 - ____ (The Town Council will formally adopt the amended handbook following the review undertaken with Item 1 on tonight’s agenda.)

    3. Consideration of an Application for an Encroachment Permit to Conduct a Public Event (Amgen Breakaway from Cancer 25-mile Charity Bike Ride). (The Town Council will consider a pending application for the referenced event, to be held on Sunday, February 10, 2008.)
